This wine is great value at $14. Pale lemon in colour it has medium-plus intensity with ripe tropical and stone fruit Viognier aromas balanced by some green Chenin notes. The palate is medium-plus in body and just slightly off-dry with a nice balance of fatness and acidity. The rich peach and papaya notes are balanced by a leanness with sweet-sour citrus and passionfruit flavours. Good length. Very good value wine perfectly suited to Asian food. RATING: 88 pts.
